無音mp3、1フレーム分

base64変換後のデータですが

無音mp3、1フレーム分つくってみました。

64kbps 44.1kHz 2ch 0.026122...秒分のデータです。
秒数を正確に計算する場合は
(nフレーム) x 144 / 44100(Hz)で算出でき、単位は秒になります。
